Since I was 15 and became a member of the Sámi youth organization Sáminuorra I’ve been deeply engaged in the societal issues concerning the Sámi community and the development in Sápmi. I’ve worked in different sectors of society and gained experience from many versitial companies including journalism and public service, schools, tourism and industrial work.

In 2020 right after the global pandemic shocked us all, I decided to quit my comfortable 9 to 5 job and take a huge risk in starting my own company. My initial thought was to work within the tourism industry, which I had 5 year experience from, and for all the social aspects of it. As you can imagine the tourism wasn’t blooming, so I decided to, with some earlier experience from other courses, to attend an entrepreneurship education. We learned different models for:
-Design thinking,
-Social business design
-Project and process management
-Leadership and teamwork
-Facilitation and workshop design, all which I now have graduated in. These models are exploding the market for entrepreneurship forums and leading the way for successful future companies.
